GoogleAndrew worked hard to get us a good deal and was very helpful in resolving any issues that arose while purchasing our house.PositiveProfessionalism

GooglePut in an offer for a property which was tentatively accepted. Organised a surveyor and informed them so they could arrange for him to get keys (which they did). And then they forgot: not only surveyor but that I'd even made an offer. Owner accepted lower price because they thought I'd lost interest. Unbelievably unprofessional and then gave BS apology blaming their phone system. Worst I've ever dealt with.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleUntrustworthy and agents smell like they just smoked 50 cigarettes in the car with the windows down. Better going elsewhere.
