We are still waiting for our bond to be returned having left a property 5 weeks ago with the promise of the full amount to be returned.There is a legal requirement for them to have repaid this to us within 7 days.Clearly contractual obligations dont apply to these people.Also at the time we reported the oil tank gauge to be faulty having topped the oil at the end of winter. No effort has been made to reimburse that amount either.A hick company in a hick town!

YellAwful experience!
We were told that we had been successful in our application for a rented property so handed our notice in with current landlord and started getting ready to move. we were later told that the landlady had withdrawn our application due to not receiving enough information. We are now in a position where we have already given our notice in to our current landlord, have packed up most of our things, but have nowhere to move to. To our knowledge, we had provided all of the information requested and fit all of the criteria. The communication skills of MMP are totally non existent. They are rude, unhelpful and we would strongly encourage anyone not to use them. We appreciate that we may have been unlucky and our experience may have been due to Michael's incompetencies and that the other staff may be nice and helpful people, but based on our experience we will not be using them again and will advise others not to do so!
