Promptly and courteously sorted out problems caused by a previous substandard agent (who shall remain nameless!) - and relieved a huge weight of stress. GoogleI have used Morris Dibbons for 3 years now. Only when I had a leaking in a flatI rented, which demanded so much time to deal with, I understood how important it is to have a management company. I would like to mention Eva Bartoszek from the Woolston branch which was AMAZING in the way she was dealing with problematic issues from other management company who were giving so much hassle. She took her time to explain me what to do and assisted in every way possible. If I had a business, I would have her in my team ANY day! Thank you!

GoogleOnce again the staff have been absolutely fantastic. Sorted me out a new tenant within a few days of it being listed. Leaving me a very short void period and reducing lost rent! Cannot rate Ian and the team highly enough!

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with the new Branch Manager, Ian Trickett who was very professional, courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I believe he has many years' experience behind him. We had to rent out our home in Bitterne and the first family that viewed the house moved in a couple of days ago. A very good match and a lovely family. Ian made the whole process as stress-free as possible so if you want a top quality service then Morris Dibben in Woolston come highly recommended.

They were on hand every step of the way and as first time landlords we really appreciated everything they’ve done. GoogleExtremely helpful people! There was a time issue with some of the paperwork and they really rushed it through for me. They were helping me every step of the way and they even managed to have me sign some paperwork in a Countrywide letting agency back home (North Wales) before I moved. Alison and Ian are absolutely wonderful at what they do and they really try to make it as smooth a move as possible for you. I would 100% recommend them if you're moving to the area.

GoogleGreat service - guidance throughout the whole process was excellent especially as we were initially undecided whether to let or sell as thought the rental process might be nothing but hassle.
