GoogleWas a tenant for 5 yrs. Most of our interaction with the team we found them rude, disrespectful and condescending. We usually by passed them and contacted our Landlord directly who was a delight. Made sure when we bought our home we used anyone but Morris Dibben. I would not recommend the Romsey branch from a tenants point of view.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI’ve recently used Morris Dibben Romsey to rent a property. The team are super efficient in communication, always emailing me back regarding any questions or concerns I have. The process was really quick and all the paperwork was completed within just over a week of viewing the property! I will definitely be using them again for any future moves.

GoogleWe could not be happier with Morris Dibben Lettings. We are particularly impressed with Gina who has been so responsive and proactive throughout. During Covid-19, she went above and beyond to make sure our viewing/move was smooth while still keeping current tenants safe. She made the moving process really easy in what could have been a really stressful time. This is a massive contrast to the letting agency for the property we are moving out of. GoogleWe would recommend the team at Morris Dibben at London Road. We recently sold through them and the service from start to completion was excellent. A special mention to Lauren Crane who always went the extra mile - negotiating a great price for us, always chasing progress and keeping us informed along the way.

YellAvoid this company
I had no other option but to leave 1 star. But this company deserves nothing. An absolute dog sick of a company that left my daughter feeling suicidal. They will show students one image of room but that's not what they will get!! DO NOT use this letting company. They have a money grabbing staff member by the name of Emily that does not care about the young people renting. Avoid

GoogleA couple of weeks ago my partner took an appointment to view an apartment, but the agent did not know any details of the apartment and she was so in a rush that the view lasted not more than 10 minutes. We liked the apartment in the pictures but we erased it from our list because she was so disappointed with the agent.
