We have found the sales person at this estate agent to be the most unprofessional and rude to deal with. Definitely wouldn’t recommend selling or buying a house through this company. We have been left feeling like we cannot trust this agent at all when it comes to purchasing a property through them. To be told “If you had listed your property with us then I’d have been able to get you in for a viewing” on two occasions almost felt like I was being blackmailed and denied the opportunity to buy our dream house. WARNING. Be careful. Morris Dibben are expensive and very poor value for money. We have had a disastrous time with our sale and have felt completely deserted by the agents that were supposed to be acting for us. Thankfully I managed to successfully save my sale but my advice would be to cut out the middle man and market yourself! I honestly can't recommend Zoe and the team at Morris Dibben highly enough. To say they have gone over and above is an understatement, they genuinely care about their clients and it's so refreshing. When my Mum was unwell they kept in touch with me to ask about her progress and even offered to check in on her to make sure she was ok! And they did all this at a time when they couldn't actively market the property we had engaged them to sell, so they had absolutely no vested interest in helping out and no prospect of an upcoming sale.
