For the past two months, I have viewed one flat after another on lunch breaks, most evenings and on the weekend without success. Along the way, I have not had the best experience with estate agents. Having to deal with unprofessionalism, dishonesty, lack of empathy for my situation, rude and curt telephone manners, lateness and in two instances, being shown the wrong property! It's bad enough that I am disappointed by the flat themselves and the high rent for a single occupant but to have this process being made more difficult and stressful by the estate agents is not good. However, my experience with Morris Dibben was a complete breath of fresh air and I have to single Rose Cottrell out in particular. She was very professional, very direct and transparent which surprised me. Rose also showed a lot of empathy, patience and kindness during the viewings. There was no pressure to make an instant decision which there has been with other agents and she was also honest, ensuring I had all the information. Thank you Rose.
