GoogleMorris Dibden did a good job selling my mother’s over 55s flat following her death. It was difficult to sell as not much demand, but got there in the end. Narinder was a very efficient sales progressor.

GoogleNot good - myself and a friend moved into a flat in Talbot Close recently having been told we needed to move in by end of June (earlier than we wanted), only to find multiple significant issues that had not been resolved. 2 large dehumidifiers had been drying out the walls since before we went to view the place over a month earlier; these were drying out a leak from upstairs. We had been told this work would be completed by move in, but despite this and an earlier move in date than we wanted, the place was not habitable by that point due to the excessive heat and noise being produced by dehumidifiers 24 hours a day, for up to almost 3 weeks after the move in date. The walls had not been cleaned up, there were broken bits of furniture, including a bed that lost a leg after sitting on it once (I’m only 55kg), and some disturbing items left around the house (including lots of someone’s underwear stuffed into a box). The permit had been lost and not replaced, and no one could tell us how we could access the garage clearly marked with our flat number. It was clear the house was absolutely not ready by the move in date. However, we had been pushed into signing a check list to say all was in order and that we received all the move in items and would pay the money, despite expressing reluctance as we had not yet seen an inventory of the place or had the opportunity to even check it. We raised the multiple issues in an email and requested a rent reduction for July due to the uninhabitability of the place, especially as we are doctors who work shifts, and have not yet had a response a week later. We are extremely unhappy with how the whole process has been conducted and the lack of respect shown towards us as tenants. I would not use this letting agency again.

GoogleBoth Nathalie & Nicholas were extremely helpful on my quest to find a suitable family home for myself and my children. They had good knowledge of the landlord and this particularly helped my decision when booking in to view the property. My emails were always answered and I was always contacted back when I made a call. Altogether, they provided a very good service and I thank them for their efforts in making my move as smooth as possible.

GoogleAfter a slow start with morris dibben I have been very impressed with the professionalism of Lauren at the Southampton branch. My agent then changed to Paula and she was a superstar…. Always so friendly and honest and despite a difficult sale she was always brilliant with updates and she managed to get the sale over the line with a brilliant sense of humour… she kept me sane!!!!

GoogleNarinder was excellent at keeping me up to date throughout the sale and I cannot praise her enough for her support in moving things forward. I felt communication within the branch was very difficult with everyone doing different roles and no continuity for the client. Often I got a voicemail when I tried to ring and when I spoke to a general sales person they always asked how they could help but then were unable to provide even general information.

GoogleWe started looking for a rental home with low expectations given the fact we had a dog and we were familiar with the market and have been rejected before. But these low expectations were turned into high hopes by Rose from Morris Dibben (Woolston office). She made every step of the process feel comfortable and even enjoyable, starting from the viewing day to her sending us the tenancy agreement. She was willing to answer any questions we had in a friendly and kind manner and made us feel at ease. Rose also seemed genuinely happy to help us. GoogleFollowing a number of abortive attempts at even viewing a property, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that professionalism does still exist in the realms of the Estate Agent world. From start to finish, and this was a most expeditious process, Morris Dibben and Rose from the Woolston office in particular have been prompt, efficient, contactable and a genuine find. I would thoroughly recommend them (and Rose) as being people with whom you will be happy to engage and who will deliver results in a seamless, trouble-free manner.

GoogleThe Morris Dibben team at Romsey sales have been amazing. They were honest from the start, called and messaged for each viewing, gave weekly calls and emails on our progress, and gave suggestions on how to make our house more sellable. They arranged a 3D photo session for the house to better show it on their website and on 3rd party websites. Once we had a credible offer, the team kept us up to date, chased our solicitors and the buyers solicitors as well as kept a chat between us and the buyers regular, sorting out minor queries. The price was reasonable overall and for the amount of effort they put in, it seemed a great deal. I would recommend Morris Dibben Romsey to friends and family, and would use them again myself.
