They made the process such a pleasant experience and walked us through every step of the process with us being new to renting. years ago purchased a house paid to have survey done had to have roof on extention redone and floor levelled but he did not notice the central heating was working and needed 4k spent onit to get it sorted no redress

GoogleThe Morris Dibben team at Romsey sales have been amazing. They were honest from the start, called and messaged for each viewing, gave weekly calls and emails on our progress, and gave suggestions on how to make our house more sellable. They arranged a 3D photo session for the house to better show it on their website and on 3rd party websites. Once we had a credible offer, the team kept us up to date, chased our solicitors and the buyers solicitors as well as kept a chat between us and the buyers regular, sorting out minor queries. The price was reasonable overall and for the amount of effort they put in, it seemed a great deal. I would recommend Morris Dibben Romsey to friends and family, and would use them again myself. Thanks to team!

GoogleMorris Dibben Romsey were absolutely fabulous from start to finish in our house sale process. Having used another agent previously (with whom the sale fell through) we decided to go 'multi-agency' and didn't look back. Within a few weeks we had a buyer, and throughout the process we experienced great communication and professionalism from Mike Maher. I would have no hesitation either in recommending this estate agent to others or in using them again in the future. They give the impression that they love what they do - maybe that's why they're so good!

GoogleAnother excellent re-let by Rose and Ian at the MD Woolston office, the new tenant moved in as soon as the redecoration and cleaning was completed. All the checks and paperwork completed with ease, first rent payment already received with both tenant and landlords happy.

GoogleI have just re-let my local apartment through Laura and Ian at Morris Dibben in Woolston. They have both been outstanding through the whole process. Communication has been perfect, their service to both myself and the new tenant has been excellent and their attention to detail spot on. I will definitely re-let through them again in the future.

GoogleAt the beginning of the letting experience with MD, I'd never had a more pleasurable letting experience. However, upon depature of the property, MD have lied to me and the landlord about verbal agreements made at the beginning of the tenancy. I wouldn't trust this letting agent. Be careful about using them.

He's given me a huge amount of advice on what makes the right rental property, and everything else I need to know as a first time landlord.
