GoogleI find the lettings team of Sam, Amelia, Anais and Liam to be really good at letting the properties that are listed with them. The admin team of Amelia & Megan ensure the paperwork side of new letting is completed with the minimum of fuss. I would recommend Morris Dibben London road for your letting requirements.

GoogleI bought a property from Morris dibben. No words can express our gratitude to narinder, in getting us through to the final completion. Selling and buying a house when you live over four hours away is extremely stressful in itself. The added pressure of things going wrong within the chain was made less stressful with narinders input and help. Narinder went above and beyond to get us to exchange and completion, keeping us updated every step of the way. She did more for us than our estate agent did. I would recommend morris dibben to anyone who were thinking of moving home.

GoogleI was assured by Lorena. She was friendly and helpfull and answered my questions. The process went smooth. I had an offer in August 24 and I got my keys in November 24. We changed solicitors because they did not work with my mortgage provider and I was recommended to conveyencing direct who did not have good reviews but ended up being the best decision as they handled my sale very smoothly. I would highly recommend Morris Dibben based on the professional and friendly services I received from them.

GoogleUnfortunately very disappointed with MD. Ultimately a bad start and end to our tenancy experience with them acting as some sort of woeful middle man between us and our landlord. Maintenance calls took 4+ weeks to get calls back on, when called in an emergency. Unreasonably and unrequested extension of our tenancy due to their lack of ability to process administrative tasks in a timely fashion, and therefore putting us into arreas of £230+ for 3 days extension... and obviously thats fine because our deposit can then be held against it. Flat initially handed over in a disgusting state, pushing our move in date back by 3 days... and obviously left the flat in an absolutely immaculate state to be slapped with yet another unreasonably cleaning charge. Don't really know what else to add, other than AVOID, if you can. Poor form MD, very poor indeed.

Nick Harris the Branch Manager of the Romsey Branch was amazing. As a letting agency ourselves we used his services to let a property in their local area for our corporate client. Nick went out & valued the property the same day & let it within 4 working days. The customer service we have received is outstanding, friendly & very competitive given that we had communication with two other agents in the area that lacked the enthusiasm & professional touch.

GoogleMe and my partner have just brought our first home together through Morris Dibben and I cannot express how much we would recommend them. The main person we were dealing with was Jamie and he went above and beyond to aid us with a smooth move. We had a lot of questions being our first time going through this process and Jamie could not have been better. We really appreciate the work effort he has and desire to help where possible and to reassure us if things were held up on the solicitor end. We also used their mortgage broker, Richard, who managed to advise us perfectly before rates increased so we locked in for a rate that even now isn’t available. He was very friendly and extremely clear going through everything with us to help us understand everything. We both want to thank Morris Dibben, Richard and especially Jamie for all their help.

GoogleDespite knowing that we were not intending to sell at the moment, Ash, the branch manager was happy to offer us a free valuation. He was very pleasant and took a good deal of time to value the house and talk to us. We were very impressed with the background preparation that he had done and the helpful information that he gave us. An excellent service for which we were very grateful. We would recommend him and the firm to anyone without reservation.
