In line with our previous review on KF sales and letting departments respectively also five stars for our property manager Kristian Lee. Kristian is managing our two new build apartments to our fullest satisfaction. He follows all issues related to the properties as well as the rental agreement diligently and very competently. He engages with our tenants and all their requests promptly while keeping us informed throughout. Kristian is very approachable and it is a pleasure to work with him. GoogleMonks were the vendors agent. Overall, as the buyer, I was pleased with their service. That staff were always professional, polite and courteous. We viewed at 3 different times, firstly before making the offer and twice after making the offer so family members could see the property. Monks accommodated us in respect of the additional viewings, but had to rearrange the timing of one to suit their diary, this wasn't a problem for us. However, on the day of the move, there was a delay before I could pick up the key, I am not sure why as the funds from my house were available some 2 hours before. When the key was available to me, I phoned ahead and told the office that I was on my way and will be approximately 10 minutes. When I arrived the gentleman I spoke to was not at his desk and the only person in the office was on the telephone. I had to wait for around 20 minutes before I could receive the key. Overall, this added to my removal cost as the company I was using had a waiting time fee. And finally, these delays seem to be indicative of a lack of office staff which had previously manifested itself in the telephone not being answered when I called for various reasons during the sale period.
