GoogleEstate agents are morally bankrupt at the best of times, these guys took it to a new level. The let out a 5 bed house to me and my partner in the full knowledge that the owner was intending to sell. They didn't tell us this, and when we were trying to replace the carpets (the smelt of urine) they finally let on that the owner was 'considering' selling. I later found out this was always the intention and the owner himself had requested that no tenant be let in if they were intending to stay there a long time. This caused me and my partner huge stresses and put is in quite a desperate situation. From the way they talk to you, put you off its clear to see they don't care about tenants, they're somehow worse than the majority of estate agents and I genuinely don't know how anyone who works here sleeps at night.

Lety has constantly been following up with contractors on our behalf to ensure all the work gets done promptly and throughout the whole process has been a joy to speak to.

Apalling service.... Contacted Basingstoke office twice to request a valuation... neither time did any one return the call to arrange this as promised. Then contacted Winchester office where a valuation vist was booked for 2.00pm the following Tuesday. Tuesday 2.00pm arrives no one from Frank Knight turns up, call Winchester office where we are told sorry there has been a miscommunication on the booking email! Draw your own conclusions.
