Katie was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Finding and securing a new tenancy can normally be stressful, but she made everything feel incredibly simple and straightforward from start to finish.
She was always helpful, responsive and easy to deal with, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout. She really took the stress out of the whole experience and made what can normally be a difficult process feel completely seamless.
A quick thank you to Cherrie as well, who was also really helpful throughout the process.
We really appreciate everything Katie did for us and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

The referencing was taking a while and giving us issues and not telling us theh reason but it’s not the fault of the estate agents and Katie was very helpful and quick with trying to solve this. I would recommend this estate agents compared to others I had to deal with which were much less professional and helpful than knight Frank.

Jack is extremely diligent, professional and client focused. He knew his brief, was able to simply spell out the differences in the various properties and was customer focused - didn't make me feel rushed and if he didn't know the answer to the question followed up on everything in a timely manner. I was able to make a decision in a day. I would strongly recommend him to others looking for a property. In my career I have moved 13 times between cities (New York, London, Dubai, Geneva, etc . and rented 20+ properties over 40 years. Others could learn from his example as other parts of the process did not go so well (nothing to do with him but the referencing entity was awful). I would use him again or recommend him if the situation arises again. I wish him all the best.
