Apalling service...

Apalling service.... Contacted Basingstoke office twice to request a valuation... neither time did any one return the call to arrange this as promised. Then contacted Winchester office where a valuation vist was booked for 2.00pm the following Tuesday. Tuesday 2.00pm arrives no one from Frank Knight turns up, call Winchester office where we are told sorry there has been a miscommunication on the booking email! Draw your own conclusions.

Very competent agent to work with and always available to help.

I really enjoy dealing with Rosi and she responds to emails and queries much quicker than other agents I had in the past. Rosi is very sharp and seems to be someone who can work under pressure. She never seems overwhelmed even when she's very busy. When I call to ask for an immediate follow up she always picks up the phone and deals with my query effectively.
