Letting made simple

Have been letting through KF for a couple of years and the agent, Phillip Dunn, has made things very easy. The flat was let within hours of going live. There were a few teething problems with the place being a new build, and he was largely successful in keeping any stress away from me. Now the flat seems to be working fine with only the usual wear and tear problems and Phillip deals with issues without fuss, keeping me up to date on problems and suggesting fixes which are costed and only require a yes/no answer. Basically, it's letting made simple

Stine Kaus found our dream home

Thanks to Stine Kaus we are now living in a newly refurbished flat in West London. She perfectly understood our wants and didn‘t spam us with random properties that didn‘t meet our needs, like all other agencies did. I asked annual statements for tax return for 2 properties on 03 th of May Received 2 statements on 17 th of May : both with math mistakes, asked to check and send me back statements without mistakes, received on 30 th of May statements with math mistakes again . ( different )Again asked to check and send me statements again, still waiting. Sent a lot of emails, asked statements during telephone calls with property manager. Today is 03 th of July - 2 mounts later from first request and I still have not received correct annual statements.
