Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to speak with the sellers regarding our requests and kept us informed with regular updates, making the whole experience feel much less stressful.
When we collected the keys, we were genuinely touched to receive a thoughtful goody bag. It was such a lovely gesture that made the occasion feel even more special.

GoogleEstate agents are morally bankrupt at the best of times, these guys took it to a new level. The let out a 5 bed house to me and my partner in the full knowledge that the owner was intending to sell. They didn't tell us this, and when we were trying to replace the carpets (the smelt of urine) they finally let on that the owner was 'considering' selling.
I later found out this was always the intention and the owner himself had requested that no tenant be let in if they were intending to stay there a long time. This caused me and my partner huge stresses and put is in quite a desperate situation.
From the way they talk to you, put you off its clear to see they don't care about tenants, they're somehow worse than the majority of estate agents and I genuinely don't know how anyone who works here sleeps at night.
