GoogleI’ve been using Monks for over 10 years looking after a couple of property’s that they rent out for me whilst I’m working abroad. I have been impressed with their professional attitude and knowledge of the rental market. One of my property’s is an apartment which has a high turnover of people in the 10+ years Monks have managed it the longest it’s been empty is about 3 weeks. I have no issues recommending Monks certainly if you are considering rental.PositiveProfessionalism

YellNice on the face of it but I don’t recommend trusting this outfit.
I’ve had several experiences with Monks over the years and not one of them good. During the sale of a property they missed turning up to meet potential buyers several times. Each time a different excuse, “I forgot” being the most infuriating. They are very friendly on the face out and I am very forgiving. Too forgiving. Another time was a purchase of a property, it was a small 2 bedroom flat, they constantly tried to lead me towards their own overpriced conveyancers, actually misleading me with costs so they could make an introductory commission. So dishonest, I stopped trusting them at this point. Most recently we’ve been looking for a rental property for a family member and I’ve never encountered such unwillingness to help. Useless is a word that comes to mind. They don’t give a hoot about the customer, it’s all about ££ for them.Untrustworthy, uncaring and most dangerously they do it all with a smile and falseness - just as you expect from your stereotypical estate agent. Awful.

Phillip Dunn was my property manager for the apartment in London where I moved a year ago. From the first day the communication was excellent. Phillip was very professional and always available for an advice about different features of this modern apartment or to provide precious and timely assistance for different maintenance services. If there were some outstanding issues, Phillip took good care of it so I didn't have to worry that anything would potentially be forgotten. Best property manager I ever had.
