GoogleHaving bought and sold 7 houses in my time, and thus used a few estates agents, I would recommend Monks without any reservation as the best of them. They are efficient, friendly and helpful. Their advertising was creative, the photography of the house excellent and they secured an immediate and steady stream of viewers all of whom had clearly been vetted as being capable of purchase. He guided us through one of life's most stressful events with ease; I'm sure a lot goes on behind the scenes but James' communication, knowledge & positive approach really did make the whole process straightforward. We were fortunate enough to sell our property within 24hrs of it being marketed for sale & I'm sure this is due to the proactive environment at Monks. We recommend them without hesitation & would contact them in the future.

The overall service is good, though there have been some delays in recent months with regard to property management - as landlord my property manager was unable or unwilling to keep me informed about the progress of redecoration works which were taking place between tenancies. The reason given was that the property was empty but as a paying client I would like to have been kept informed.
