I couldn't ask for better.

I want to draw attention to the immediate impact my new Property Manager Ruby Goddard has made. Upon taking over my account she had to sort through and relay a number of costly unresolved issues (not the best way to be introduced to a client). We worked together and within three days she clarified, negotiated and settled action to be taken - I couldn't ask for better. Thank you Ruby and also thanks to Heather Smith the Regional Property Manager for her ability to find and appoint good people.

I let a property for many years and then sold the property through them and they were excellent throughout. Marie and Helen were excellent dealing with my letting issues and in turn a calm and assuring presence for the sale. Would recommend to others.

Trying to view a house with his estate agents is more than impossible it's 3 on a Friday or not at all no flexibility at all no consideration to the vendor I would hate for this estate agents to be selling my house. if you have a house in Shrewsbury for sale and you have just reduced the price I would be asking them what are they playing at
