GoogleWe recently emailed the shrewsbury branch to inquire about a property and had no reply so Rang office and spoke to a very unpleasant woman who frankly didn't seem to want to be bothered she did say she would send some information and she didnt so not impressed.

If I could leave 6 stars, I would! I made the decision to rent my apartment in Battersea (I couldn’t sell it due to the economic downturn) and James S. did a fantastic job! Super responsive, efficient and provided me with the best advice for a seamless experience. Within 2 weeks, I had new tenants moving in, at above asking price! I could not recommend James more, he’s really been truly amazing!

GoogleI cannot recommend Monks and Beth Griffiths highly enough. We have just completed on buying our house and nothing was too much trouble for Beth. She went out of her way to help us and honestly at one point if it wasn't for Beth, the sale probably wouldn't have gone through. She responded to our questions and messages quickly and we felt her support every step of the way of the process. Would highly recommend very professional and friendly service

GoogleWas due to view a property on Monday but after my phone calls not being returned by Ethan and then asking for the full address for the veiwing via email and that being ignored too I think I will deal with a more professional company..very poor service

GoogleI really can't recommend Monks in Oswestry highly enough , we have just completed our house purchase which has taken a very long time due to issues that the solicitors had to sort out . Beth has been absolutely fantastic liasing with us all and in her absence from the office Chris and Ethan have dealt with us brilliantly , they all work together as a team and the time effort and patience they have is something I have never experienced from any other estate agent , from a buying or selling aspect.

During the time we have been using their property management services, inspections have been carried out regularly and properly and timely repairs completed under their supervision. This company has my complete trust. Special thanks to Ethan and Chris at the Oswestry office. They are always friendly, fast reliable and professional. Super service - highly recommended.

Stay away! Such an unprofessional agency. Our agent gave the landlord the wrong offer multiple times even though he had our offer in writing. We’ve moved in 3 weeks ago and still have not received our second set of keys. So so unprofessional. By far the worst agency I’ve ever had to deal with

I asked annual statements for tax return for 2 properties on 03 th of May Received 2 statements on 17 th of May : both with math mistakes, asked to check and send me back statements without mistakes, received on 30 th of May statements with math mistakes again . ( different )Again asked to check and send me statements again, still waiting. Sent a lot of emails, asked statements during telephone calls with property manager. Today is 03 th of July - 2 mounts later from first request and I still have not received correct annual statements.
