GoogleVery happy with the service I received from Monks when renting my home. I dealt mainly with Ethan and he was helpful, efficient and friendly. Thank you.

GoogleI cannot praise Monks Estate Agents highly enough. They have done everything that they said they would do. Sold my late mothers house through Monks and they gave me a very satisfactory sales figure of which they said that they were pretty sure they could get for me. Initially got three quotes from various Agents and the two others undervalued the property, so, very pleased with Monks. Beth from the Oswestry office was very efficient and kept me informed throughout the sales process. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to sell their property. Thank you very much.

GoogleEverything has been great with Monks - from the initial contact to the tenants moving in to our rented property, we could not be more impressed. We have been kept in the loop, every question has been answered quickly and efficiently and nothing has ever been a problem. We would like to thank Lucinda and Ethan for making this process a happy and simple one. We would highly recommend Monks Estate Agents!

GoogleSold house within hours sending 2 viewers within 10 minutes of going live! Also recommended removal firm who we used and were excellent and also went out of their way to find us a suitable alternative property to buy. Kept us well informed throughout and would certainly recommend them.

GoogleWe dealt with James at Monks. He was helpful all the way through the sale of our bungalow. We had bought the same bungalow through Monks 5 years earlier and they were most helpful then too. I can recommend Monks as an agent.

GoogleThroughout the entire process of selling our house, the team at Monks were excellent. From initial valuation conversations, to negotiating a sale price with our buyers, right through to handing the house keys over on completion day, Judy and the team were extremely professional, communicative, courteous and very helpful. The local knowledge of the friendly staff, who work at Monks, is a real positive, particularly as Shrewsbury continues to gain interest from potential buyers who do not already live in the Shrewsbury area, or have limited local knowledge (as was the case for our buyers). We would highly recommend Monks to anyone who is planning on selling their property in and around the Shrewsbury area. Thank you, everyone at Monks.

GoogleDespite a volatile economic environment, James directed 4 potential buyers to us in Spring 2023 within a week of the house going on the market. He has supported us tirelessly throughout the sales process and we moved to our new home in July!
