After a telephone conversation with reference for a rental property, the service we received was exceptional. Friendly and very helpful. A viewing was arranged within an hour as we were in the area. We met up at the property with a young lady called Beth. She was knowledgeable of the area and the landlord of the property but unfortunately it was too small and did not have a garage. She then said she would send details of another property, which we received but again it just didn’t meet up to our needs. Beth has taken all our details and is keeping me updated constantly. This is excellent and much needed with moving to a new area. It is great to know that we are being well looked after. I would like to say Thank You to her.

I had a very unpleasant experience with my unpaid tenant and the damages he created in the flat when the lease ended on 29/2/2024. I was tremendously upset at that time.However, my property manager Jocelyn has been helping me through these tough days. She worked very hard on all issues especially on the electricity supplier which was a pain. she got every issue sorted with patience.
