The worst customer services I have ever dealt with. They don’t reply to their emails immediately, it takes them weeks to get back to you. All they care about is MONEY, once they get your money they won’t care about you or your needs. They lied about the property facilities and I didn’t get my deposit since I left the property, it’s been more than two months!!!

if I could give a 0 here I would! I have contacted Somerset office every day now for the last week with regard to second viewing at property in Ilminster. Sadly no-one has responded to emails or phone calls and voicemails left over a week now. Was advised by Millie that two Rebecca's have now "left" the local office, and Luke (who is advertised as the agent handling the property) is no longer handling matters. Then advised that an agent called Simon would call (last Wed) to follow up but as yet (now Saturday) still no call. I feel sorry for the owners of Seamills in Illminster who must be feeling somewhat bereft by now.
