We have come across too many sly and pushy estate agents during our search. To meet Louna from knight frank (tower bridge branch) was refreshing. She was dedicated, genuine, sincere and responsive throughout the entire process, from viewing to move in. She helped us secure a great place. Would highly recommend! Onboarding process / tenant referencing technology could be improved though, to save the back and forth manual emails.

FacebookExtremely unhelpful, impersonal and downright rude. My elderly parents have started their first ever rental property via this company, and are expected to be computer literate, IT savvy youngsters prepared to do all communication via apps and portals. Ladies in the office have been decidedly unhelpful when phoning for assistance, and keep referring my parents back to a portal that they cannot access. More consideration needs to be given to the older generation, with some good old fashioned service and support by friendly staff. Very disappointed.

I enjoyed talking with Scott via email, and I found him very helpful and co-operative. My communication was only through emails, he usually responds to emails very quickly with a proper solutions to my concerns. He seems quite supportive and positive in the favor of Tenants when dealing with landlord. It might be good to consider giving more authorities to Scott when he is dealing with landlords regarding apartment's facilities in a favor of Tenant; for instance to renovate or change them in particular when the tenant is about to renew the contract and expects some sense of co-operation from landlord.
