Where to start?Met Chanel more than elevan years ago, who is now leading the letting team of KF St John's Wood.She introduced a young JAPANESE-BRITISH lady, in 2013, to rent our apartment, who stayed for 7 years.Then a corporate Japanese senior engineer-manager who then stayed for almost 3 1/2 years.We have now another Japanese family in.Chanel and her team, of Malak, Daisy, and Konomi had worked hard to get the best possible tenant(s) over all these years, for us.We are very grateful for their genuine efforts to make things ever smooth.We must, also, good words for Kim and Sacha, in the past and present process.Thank you very much
