I have been renting a flat with this agency for over a year now and I’m really happy with their great work. Our agent Toru shows himself always available and he does he’s best to solve our issues quickly and effectively. Like recently with a malfunction in our boiler that was solved in the same day. The property was left better than it was given to us and we have waited over two months for the deposit to be refunded. The individuals dealt with at HQ have been terrible and made my wife's life a living hell this past month....
