Mr Alex Whiting has been simply amazing! He always gave us speedy and informative replies, even when he was not in office or was in his holidays. He didn't only provided the information we requested, but often went above and beyond by giving us a lot of reference information to help us make a good decision. Whenever an issue appeared, he always proactively contacted relative parties to solve it.
