No doubt she was under pressure from the seller that she was representing, and some of that was passed on to us but that's her job at the end of the day. Jade truly provided us with a 5 star experience, she accommodated all of our requests, answered patiently all of our questions, and connected us with solicitors, insurance agents, interior designers. She represented the best interest of her company, the seller and provided a one stop shop service for us which is greatly appreciated.
