Google2024: I've used Minors and Brady since 2020 for sales and now liaise with them regularly for the ongoing letting of my property. During my most recent tenant transition, Beth L was very on the ball to secure my new tenant in just under a week after my previous tenant handed in their notice. She communicated and negotiated efficiently with all contacts, and kept me informed regularly with the progress - thank you Beth! Also a big thank you on the admin side with prompt daily responses from both Lexi M and Samuel C. It's clear that Lexi is a knowledgeable and highly competent Property Manager when it comes to routine inspections, rental statements, legal documents and she can always answer any of my queries with clear certainty. Samuel continued to keep me informed during the lettings admin process, including amendments required in the tenancy agreement, deposit disclosure, prompt communication with the upcoming prospective tenants with regards to their queries to ensure a smooth transition - overall he acted a great medium throughout with all important communications giving peace of mind as landlord. Thanks again all! 2020: As a first time buyer, I was amazed with how quickly my sale went through with my Minors & Brady's point of contact, Brooke Kelly. After lots of admin going back and forth, she did everything in the best possible way to make this a minimal stress experience. She kept me up-to-date with the latest progress of my sale, and the agency in general is so 'on it' with keeping in contact and returning calls at times of extreme pressure. Thank you very much Brooke, I'm so happy with the property I have secured - I wouldn't have been able to do that without your insightful knowledge of the development! I strongly recommend this lot!

GoogleThe team at Minors and Brady Wroxham have been extremely helpful with letting our house for us, particularly Samuel Carpenter and Luke Savins. They went out of their way to be helpful, kept us informed every step of the way, and found us a new tenant very quickly. The whole process was problem free. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleMinors and Brady at Hoveton have been great throughout the whole sale process. Lee and the sales team were polite and professional. They organised appropriate viewings, kept us informed and gave us honest feedback. They reassured us when things didn't quite go to plan and didn't put us under pressure. Claire was our after-sales contact and she could not have been more helpful. She was professional and understanding and we felt she had our best interests in her mind throughout the process. Again, she did not put us under any pressure and reassured us throughout the process. All in all our experience of Minors and Brady at Hoveton deserved 5 stars and we would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

GoogleWe couldn’t fault the service we received from the Claire at Minors and Brady for the purchase of our new house. She was absolutely brilliant - she helped us out loads and explained a lot of the process in the unfortunate absence of communication from the solicitor! I wouldn’t hesitate to use this agency when buying or selling a property - 5 stars all the way!

GoogleI’ve a had a very pleasant experience with Minors and Brady and it’s all thanks to Steven Hill!! Steven went above and beyond to explain every detail of the rental process to me. At the viewing of the property he was very professional and truly opened my eyes to the great potential of the home. Steven is also very patient and took his time with me through the entire application process. If you’re looking for estate agents definitely check out Minors and Brady and be sure to ask for Steven!! You won’t regret it!

GoogleSelling a house through M&B, they have been super helpful and friendly throughout the process. I needed some help and Sarah was more than happy to meet in the Caister office and sit with me to work through it all and explain everything. Not that i have lots of houses to sell but id definitely get them to help me again if/when needed

GoogleCassandra Creak at Minors and Brady was our aftersales progressor. We have used Minors and Brady before and both times they were excellent from our initial involvement with them until completion. Cassandra was really good and kept us informed of the progress at regular intervals. We had some challenges with the transaction (Not Minors!) and Cassandra was quick to offer help and advice. She would also liaise with each parties solicitors to ensure these challenges were not overlooked and dealt with as quick as possible. Moving homes is always stressful so reach out to Cassandra and Minors and Brady to try and reduce the stress. Thanks
