GoogleVery disappointing experience with Minors & Brady. We moved into our rented property and found it was not clean or tidy, despite the tenancy agreement stating that the property and contents should be provided in a tidy and cleaned condition. There was also a sofa left in the property that appeared to have bugs/pests in it. We reported this to the agency and provided evidence, but they refused to take any action. We expected much better communication and support from a professional letting agency, especially when there is a potential hygiene/health issue in a property they manage. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing
