Minors & Brady found our new home.

We are very thankful to Lauren from Minors & Brady for her kindness, gentleness and efficiency showing us around our choice of properties. We had a specific list of requirements, of which was taken into account. Lauren was exceptionally approachable and we felt at ease with her. There was no awkwardness (which we had felt with another company); the viewing was perfect, we were able to look with ease and time to take it in. We were not rushed and we fell in love with the property. Lauren took care of us well and we now look forward to completing all necessary paperwork in the purchase of our new home.

A truly outstanding team who made my purchase effortless from start to finish

I cannot recommend Minor & Brady highly enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. I genuinely felt that they cared about me as a customer and wanted to achieve the very best outcome for me, rather than simply seeing me as another sale. Their communication and follow-up were outstanding. At no point did I ever have to chase them for anything, they were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and making sure everything was progressing as it should. The whole process was completed in just 8 weeks, which was fantastic. As I live a long distance away from the property I was purchasing, I was initially concerned about how easy the process would be to manage remotely. However, I felt completely secure and confident that everything was in safe hands, and Minor & Brady made the whole experience incredibly straightforward and stress-free. When I finally popped into the shop to collect the keys, the whole team were so friendly and welcoming. Although I had never actually met Stuart personally, he jumped up and greeted me like an old friend, which really summed up the warm and personable approach of the whole team. Minor & Brady are a young, professional, enthusiastic and genuinely caring team, and it was a pleasure to have them handle my purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Fantastic service from beginning to end!

Aysegul kept me well informed…

Aysegul kept me well informed throughout the entire process of selling my apartment and also purchasing the next property that we were moving into. She was understanding, calm, and clear with information and advice, which she gave without the need to be pressed. It is important to have someone honest, to the point, and who understands what is going on at each stage of the buying and selling process. Without Aysegul, this experience would have been a lot more frustrating. Amazing Experience

I can’t recommend Brooklyn highly…

I can’t recommend Brooklyn highly enough. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of bringing in new tenants. Everything happened during a very busy summer period when I simply didn’t have the time or emotional headspace to fully focus on such a big change. Having Brooklyn there made an enormous difference. He was professional, reliable and supportive every step of the way, taking care of things with the kind of attention and commitment you would expect from someone helping their own family. It was such a relief to know that I had someone I could turn to, trust and genuinely rely on. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt that everything was being handled professionally and with care. Customer Service is back!

Molly was my Aftersales contact and I cannot fault the service I received. Every week Molly called me with an update, but most importantly she did all the chasing and just got things pushed to be done. It took a lot of stress out of the moving house process. I've had other companies provide some shocking customer service recently, so having Molly really did put some faith back that there are people out there who are passionate about their job and provide great customer service.

The company staff are very accommodating. After we saw the bungalow that night, we called the company the next morning to book an appointment to view it. they arranged it immediately. We liked it enough to make an offer, that was not accepted, but the agents advised us what would be accepted and the seller agreed on the same day. Despite various delays, which at times became quite stressful, Jessica Kemp kept in constant touch, reassuring us that everything would be fine. We would like to thank all the staff at Minors & Brady and we highly recommend them.

When Karol valued my property he was reassuring, friendly and efficient. When I talked to Abby she was incredibly helpful and supportive. I've dealt with M&B previously and, being completely honest, my experience wasn't the best, however, more recently I've been working with Samuel S-D in the Lettings Department and he has been excellent throughout. My 5* goes purely to Julia. I can’t comment on anything else as we were asked to conduct 2/2 of our own viewings where we then sold and therefore had lots of direct contact with our buyer where we could communicate to make things smoother. But Julia was absolutely fantastic, she genuinely cared for our very long and bumpy journey to buying our new home and checked in regularly with compassion and professionalism and kept the chain moving as well as chasing our very slow solicitors! Minors and Brady really did stand out…

Minors and Brady really did stand out against the other estate agents we had previously used to sell our house. Having been on and off the market for about 4 years, with no luck and repeatedly missing out on properties we liked due to not being able to sell ours, Minors and Brady managed it for us. We went on the market in August, sold in Oct and moved in Feb. They made the whole process easy and stress free. Special mention to Claire Wilson, who was assigned to us once we accepted the offer on our house. She checked in weekly, chased solicitors and the buyers and sellers of our new house every week, ready to update me on a Wednesday. It meant I didn’t have to worry about doing it myself, and felt like we were a priority. Our removal company couldn’t believe how smoothly and quickly completion happened on the day. I would always use Minors and Brady in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a truly decent, local estate agent.

Exceptional aftersales agent Julia made buying process as smooth as possible.

Me and my partner were first time buyers, and Minors and Brady have been great throughout the process. However, our aftersales agent Julia Pauluch gave us such exceptional service. As inexperienced first time buyers, Julia was incredibly patient, responsive and incredibly supportive. She has gone above and beyond on our behalf when navigating difficult situations, keeping excellent communication throughout and gave us expert advice to guide us through stages of the sale. At the end of the conveyancing process, I was struggling with University exams on top of the immense stress of purchasing our first home. But due to Julia's empathy, professionalism and good nature she enabled our sale to run as smooth as possible and her communication was outstanding. Without Julia's incredible help I don't know if we would have gotten such a great outcome, this review alone cannot simply put into words how phenomenal she has been. Minors and Brady have exceptional and super informative staff and we would recommend them to anyone. Due to our experience with Julia who is an exemplary aftersales agent, we will be using Minors and Brady in the future where possible.

What a rollercoaster it’s been a long battle 7 months not anything to do with minors and Brady but Ange was the one she didn’t actually sell my house we brought one from minors and Brady in Lowestoft but every step of the way Ange was there she is fantastic kept in touch every week even put up with me swearing at times because of the frustration of the chain she chased daily and there by my side the hole way even on her day off she would be on it I owe that lady everything as if wasn’t for her I don’t think I would be sitting in my house today we are so much happier and she is a real Credit to your team thank you so much for everything ange you made this happen
