I've rented through minors and Brady since they took over Castle home and Holly has been absolutely amazing! Everything I've needed she's sorted for me, any questions have always been answered, she's gone above and beyond to help me and my kids and I will be sad to be losing her as a property manger. Would highly recommend using minors and Brady and especially lucky if you get Holly for your lettings.

The viewing was done by my brother on my behalf, who FaceTimed me due to not living in the area. Connor also helped with the application due to me being unable to complete it via the link. Julia Pauluch was amazing captain well updated sometimes things came to a standstill Julia always went out of her way to keep all parties updated which we liked my bungalow was a very awkward complicated bungalow to sell with lots of issues but still the team at Minors and Brady kept positive and did the best that anyone could ask for and I thought the money I paid was great value so well done to everybody we managed to sell a real difficult property and you guys kept your Supportin and we pushed it over the line thanks to everybody. We have now managed to find our dream home so we’d like to say a massive thank you to everybody if I had to do it again I would pick Minors and Brady fantastic Company always polite but most importantly, they always get back to you when they say they would call you again

Minors and Brady review

Minors and Brady team has been brilliant, especially Maddie R, this is my first home and was very daunting at the start and lots of questions I wasn’t sure about and she helped me through it and explained things so I could actually understand it’s been a long wait due to higher up in the chain but she was very persistent and always chasing things for me and I can’t thank her enough for that, really went above and beyond and called me explaining each time what’s going on and was nice to have that piece of mind throughout Overall I’d definitely recommend them as a whole and if I could choose I’d definitely have Maddie helping me through it all again, thanks again it really means a lot with the time and effort you’ve put in to make this possible :)

Part 2…poor after sales service

I wrote the first part of my review yesterday but due to word limit and trust pilot only allowing one review in 24 hours I’ve had to post the second part today! The after sales well….they called me a week after the offer was accepted on my house. They said they would call weekly if they were able to (this never happened). I advised them it was difficult for me to get to the phone 3 days a week giving specified days due to my job. I told them the days of the week I was more available. We agreed they would send updates over email weekly and only telephone me if really needed. The woman said she would send me her details straight away over email…a week later I still hadn’t received the email with her details in. She called me on a day I specified not to call. When I said about the details, The phone went silent ‘oh I forgot to send them’. They eventually got sent. I then replied to say the survey had been booked. The women replied with ‘Thanks Sarah’…not my name! After advising they would contact me weekly I had a break of 5 weeks where I had no phone calls or emails from the after sales team. I had a very good solicitor who kept me updated and was on the ball. I want to mention my solicitors, Clapham & Collinge who did all the work for the selling process. I also had a motivated buyer, who also had a proactive solicitor which helped the process. After a 5 week break I received a phone call from the after sales team. Again on a day I specified not to call. It went to voicemail and I called them back. The person wanted to tell me an update I heard from my solicitor a week before. When I informed them this was old news to me, the person said ‘Sorry I’m late to the party’. M&B suddenly started to do as I asked by emailing me at the very end of the sales process, after another few weeks of silence…it’s funny just as the money is about to come through they pick up again! These emails were nothing other than repeated updates I had already heard from my solicitor. M&B are still trying to break into town I was selling in, as a result of this they didn’t understand the area or the demographic. They also didn’t listen to me as a seller. I get very annoyed by people from estate agents saying they are going to do things then they don’t deliver. If you have never sold a house before my advice to you is , you are the expert of your own property because you live in it so stand firm! If you are looking for additional unecessary stress, not to be listened to and constantly having to repeat yourself M&B is definitely the agent for you! I have passed the feedback onto M&B via email. My one other regret is not reading trust pilot reviews before I signed up with M&B, I hope this review helps someone out or those who are currently with M&B and frustrated you are not alone!
