GoogleHannah showed us around 2 properties. She was knowledgeable of the area and she wasn't pushy like other agents we have dealt with in the past. No question was too difficult and she was super quick to search something on her internal system if she was unsure. Very good experience and we would feel comfortable purchasing with Hannah and Minors and Brady.

Tyler was great really helpful and efficient and I comfortable and had trust in him. He said he would call be back and he did. He was most enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I have had a great Sevice from initial call to arrange a viewing. The viewing was efficiently handled by Steven and then Sam took my application over the phone efficiently and in a friendly manner. TrustpilotFrom the very start lies
From the very start, they failed. Lied about not being able to upload the measurements because of a failed app, when in fact the guy who came round to give his estimate, said he would send someone round to do the measurements. The sign never arrived as promised, 3 week later a dirty sign appeared on the ground in the front garden, because he could get the pole in the ground. I cleaned the sign, got my own post and secured it to the wall. They no sooner put the house on the market, then the staff from different offices were asking us to reduce the price! One of the male staff, from the Wroxham Branch, was arrogant, rude and condescending, overall we we're treated as though we no idea how to sell a house. This being our 15 house.Weeks later we had to ask for the Brochure which was promised just after the details and photographs were done, it arrived in a tatty envelope, but then had to pay Royal Mail the extra, as Minors and Brady failed to put the correct postage on the package. The excuses and lies continued, even suggesting that a drive by couple had made an offer without looking at the property. Minors and Brady couldn’t give names or an approximate place where they came from.It seemed they took turns from different offices, who would call with a weekly report, which in the end, we neither believed or had any trust in them to sell our property, we took it off the market as a result.

GoogleI asked Tyler to find a new tenant for a property i let out on the same day i was given notice by the existing tenant. I had the advert on rightmove same day then the following day we had viewings booked. I had the choice of 3 tenants and the one o chose has already paid the full deposit and 1st months rent ready to move in the day after exisitng moves out. Cant ask for more. Thanks
