GoogleLovely to meet James today. He was dressed to smartly and was very helpful, telling us about the house and other services the estate agents offer. He's a real asset to the company.

GoogleIt was excellent meeting James for a viewing at Low Common as he was extremely professional, full of enthusiasm and showed great knowledge of the property itself and general advice on the sale of the property. Having viewed several properties recently it was refreshing to meet an estate agent who clearly cared deeply about their job and clients needs. Thanks James for all your help! Zoë and Pete.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Minors and Brady, they were quick to respond and get a viewing booked, we met Sophie Wright for our viewing, who was very welcoming and knew all the answers to various questions we had. After meeting lots of different estate agents, Sophie was just the right amount of professional, whilst getting to know us as individuals.

GoogleAt the moment we are on property search. Recently came across with Minors agency, went for couple of viewing and every time met same agent, Steven. Recognised us from first visit. Knowledgeable and happy to go extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. Amazing person, always with positive attitude. We are still in the process with the properties, but I can highly recommend this agency, and if you get in touch with Steven , you won’t be disappointed.

GoogleBrought my first house with Minors & Brady My estate agent was Rosie Turley and she did an amazing job keeping the whole process moving. Very professional and as a first time buyer she was great at explaining all the little details and processes Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosie and all the Minors and Brady team to anyone starting on the property ladder Great job

GoogleJames was extremely informative about the property & made the whole visit very relaxing. We were very impressed with his selling skills especially with trying to get a valuation of my own property, but didn’t feel any pressure at all in doing so. Very impressed with the communication between the team & myself

GoogleI had the pleasure to meet Steven, and i promise i have never dealt with a better estate agent EVER in my life! What a superstar, so friendly and professional! Gave all the information needed and more, helped with all little bits that we needed to know, he had all that to hand and was so quick and efficient. That day only, i had to meet 3 estate agents, and Steven was the only one to stand out. I am ever so grateful that he showed me my dream home, and I happily recommend him to everyone who is looking to rent their next home! Once again, a massive thank you! Steven, you're the BEST! Keep up the good work, mate!!

GoogleI waited until all the housing process has been finished and now I am settled in my new home I can confidently recommend and say thank you!! Simply great Great. So personable. Such a fab experience from the team. From Stephen showing me around the property and being super flexible with viewing times answering all my possible questions. To Beth L that helped me over the holiday season with progressing my offer as smoothly as possible, and even Samuel who helped with digesting all the relevant paperwork. Thank you so much!

GoogleWe purchased our new house through Minors and Brady and Rosie and anyone else we dealt with at the firm were always very helpful. Rosie was great at liaising with our Estate Agent to ensure that every thing was moving in the right direction (our estate agent said Rosie was a little diamond). She always replied to any queries really quickly and was very friendly and informative which was great as we had not moved before. Rosie is a great asset to the team.

GoogleMinors and Brady at Hoveton have been great throughout the whole sale process. Lee and the sales team were polite and professional. They organised appropriate viewings, kept us informed and gave us honest feedback. They reassured us when things didn't quite go to plan and didn't put us under pressure. Claire was our after-sales contact and she could not have been more helpful. She was professional and understanding and we felt she had our best interests in her mind throughout the process. Again, she did not put us under any pressure and reassured us throughout the process. All in all our experience of Minors and Brady at Hoveton deserved 5 stars and we would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

TrustpilotWe have recently let our property…
We have recently let our property through Minors and Brady and have found them to be very helpful and efficient. Samuel Carpenter and Luke Savins at the Wroxham branch both went out of their way to get it let within a few days of putting it on the market. I can’t rate them highly enough.
