Terrible experience. Progressed with purchase only to be told the flat doesn’t have a EWS1 certificate meaning unable to get a mortgage on the property. Why was this not included in the original conversations and only coming up 4 months later. Worst part is other flats in the same building are up for sale with this company and still no reference to the lack of certificate for potential buyers!

GoogleI have been very impressed so far with the service provided by Chris and Dan when they attended our Poperty yesterday and spent a long time getting to know us, our Home and doing an amazing job on the photos. Nivea sent through all the Particulars for approval this morning and we were very pleased with everything. All we need now are some lovely Buyers and to find our last forever home, hopefully with M&B's help we will do just that :-)

GoogleWe had a property viewing with Hannah, and as first time buyers she made us feel very welcome and as if she had all the time in the world for us whilst viewing the property! GoogleWe have had a great experience with Minors and Brady. They have been super helpful, and have really pushed to get our house sold. They have kept us up to date with viewings and feedback, and really supported us through the negotiation process, which for us was quite stressful. Hannah was fantastic with all the viewings, she was really friendly and approachable, she would text us to let us know any feedback and when she has finished the viewing so we could return home. She even kindly turned all our house lights off one evening, which was incredible thoughtful. Connor has been really great too, even when things got a little challenging and it had to be referred to Dan (who was also incredibly knowledgeable and understanding). Thanks all, fingers crossed for a smooth completion!

Lowestoft team ALL of them very professional and communicative from the outset all the way to the completion day! On our Sale top quality professional photos done, board up sold in 48 hours! Purchased through them as well! Henry, Ollie, Dan, Jasmine (Sales Progression) Ruby (viewings) worth every penny of their fee! The card and wine on completion day was a nice touch also.

Very poor. We made an appointment to have a house valued, they cancelled it, so we made another appointment. We phoned to confirm the day before, they sent us an email confirming the appointment.They didn't turn up, we telephoned them, to be told that it had been cancelled again and without letting us know.We have a 2 hour round trip so it was a waste of our time, money and fuel.
