TrustpilotFive Star Service From Minors & Brady.
Our home took a year to sell, they do not all sell in the first couple of weeks. Minors & Brady were the third agent we used to advertise our property, so I was quite sceptical whether they could do what the other agents we used, could not. Thankfully though, this special team of agents sold our house where others had failed.Everyone at M&B has been so helpful and special mention must go to Connie, whose performance with regard to our sale, has been exemplary. We will not use Minors & Brady again, as this is our seventh move and we do not intend to repeat this process, as we are now well into our sixties. However, should any of our family or friends decide to sell their property, then we would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Minors & Brady. Thanks everybody, Grand JobRod & Jo Plumb

TrustpilotWhat a great team
What a great experience, the team at Caister were honest and realistic about the price would achieve for our Dads house, the pictures taken were brilliant considering the weather. The house was sold in less than 2 weeks with an open day.Special thanks to Jess Kemp in after sales who kept us informed weekly then daily as things were completed. Thanks very much

TrustpilotRelief after sale nightmare
I purchased a house via Minors - wow it was so quick and easy. This followed 5 months or stress in selling my house via slow and uncoordinated solicitors whose sole aim was commission on indemnity commission. It was great to hear Rosie on regular occasions always providing positive updates. well done

TrustpilotSteven was really good at explaining…
Steven was really good at explaining both properties we viewed and we especially loved that he wasn't pushy, as some agents can be. When we weren't certain on either property, he was very inquisitive and asked us our preferences so he could keep an eye out for anything else we'd like. Overall, it was a really good viewing experience!

TrustpilotHard working and determined team
It was our second time that we used Minors and Brady in the last 3 years and they been amazing. Sold our flat in the first viewing and in just less then 3 months we completed .Nagilla was the person I was dealing with she was amazing. Always chased things up and even when the soldiers where taking their time she would give them a knodge and keep them moving forward.I won't be definitely looking for any other estate agents when I am going to be selling my next property. Thanks Nagilla and the team you are very hard working and determined team and you do get things sorted very promptly.Look forward working with you again one day .
