TrustpilotLandlord Experience
Landlord Experience Find the right tenant and going through the letting process is not easy. This is my second time of letting my property with Minors and Brady and all staff have been helpful and informative. Dealing with issues following a check out has been very stressful and even though I did not have a full management contract they have been extremely helpful. I would especially mention Samuel Carpenter whose support, advise and help has been invaluable

TrustpilotSmooth, efficient and fast.
The whole process with M & B has been smooth and efficient. From the intial house viewing to being in a bidding war to exchanging. Jess in the aftersales team has been amazing. Our vendors were not great at responding but Jess continued to chase them to get the answers and to push the purchase along. Without her tenacity and persistence the process would have taken much longer. We cannot recommend purchasing through M & B and we have been impressed with the whole process.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sonya Balls. As a new landlord I find the whole process fairly daunting and overwhelming, Sonya has supported me every step of the way with frequent updates, always calling / emailing when she has advised she would, explaining areas I was unsure of. Sonya has really made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for me. She is a super star - thank you!!!
