TrustpilotHelpful and understanding
We had the pleasure of meeting Steven who showed us a few properties as we tried to find our next rented home. He answered every question we had and was easy to talk to and joke with. I'm very impressed by this estate agents overall, they seem very professional and organised which isn't always the case. Good job M&B!

Steven has showed me around a couple of properties now. He is extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. He also suggested properties that suited our needs when the first property we wanted wasn’t available. I have also found Minors&Bradly to be very reliable and have kept me updated and made sure to call back as promised.

TrustpilotProperty viewing with Sophie
Sophie Wright showed us round a property, this was our 3rd viewing in the area, but first one with Minors and Brady. She was incredibly polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Made the viewing stress free and easy, and she was happy to answer any questions and gave us a lot of information about the sellers position which is really helpful going forward as a buyer. She is a credit to the team and we would recommend Minors and Brady on this basis.

TrustpilotExcellent Service
Excellent service provided by Cass and Dan from the Caister office. Went above and beyond to secure our house sale which was in a challenging chain to say the least. Kept us regularly informed and were a pleasure to deal with being professional, efficient and informative all the way through the process. Grateful thanks to them both. Highly recommended!

TrustpilotPretty Good
Just purchased my 2nd home, this time around a lot better and would recommend Claire, they gave me an update every week and kept me in the loop. Only down side is when originally spoke to them and what was promised on the phone wasn't reflected in the contract and fee applied but maybe i should of checked it
