GoogleI wanted to leave a review and shout out to Claire (Senior Aftersales Progressor) At Minors & Brady. She is incredible and who, I think, sets this company apart from any other! Her professionalism, duty of care, communication and dedication made, what can be the most stressful time in the process of selling a property, feel seamless! I felt we were in such a good pair of hands and she was a joy to work with. A true credit to M&B!

GoogleA huge thank-you to Magenta Rose for setting up a mortgage appointment with Matt Waters. Such an easy process and saved money on my mortgage repayments. Professional and friendly service which I’d highly recommend.

GoogleSteven Hill (Lettings consultant )did a great job showing me round a house in Norwich. Clear answers to all my questions and if he didn't know said he said so rather than hedged. “We will take you through all stages once the process starts” his response We've dealt with a number of estate agents in Norfolk and Minors & Brady are one of the best. Communication is good, viewing arrangements clear, and house descriptions sufficiently detailed. The Agent was professional, friendly, informative and a pleasure to meet Diana N. Ndlovu

GoogleWent to view a property from Minors and Brady, this is my first time renting, and our agent, Steven, was so attentive and informative. He helped us to answer all of our questions about the property and the location so honestly which helped me massively when deciding to put an application forward, which I have! Overall a great viewing and a great agent/agency to use for a first time renter like myself.

GoogleMy wife attended a viewing with Steven Hill today in Norwich at 11am. The gentleman was very punctual, polite and professional. We would highly recommend Minors and Brady to anyone looking to rent a property. The office for lettings which you phone after the letting was also brilliant. LB

GoogleHad a great experience being shown round a property by Joe Slaughter yesterday. He was polite, friendly and very professional. I was impressed by his knowledge of the property and of the vendor’s position. I was further impressed that he discussed all aspects of the property with me, not just the favourable features. This meant that we built trust between us which goes a long way in the estate agent industry. I would be delighted to deal with him again. Thank you Joe.

GoogleIt has taken a long time to sell my house because chains have kept falling through but I have been really pleased with all the staff at Minors and Brady and especially Claire Wilson who eventually concluded the sale for me. She was friendly, cheerful and efficient and kept me fully informed throughout, updating me on developments as we went along and liaising with the solicitor. A great service, thank you

TrustpilotA protracted sale
A protracted sale, due to the various factors of the various legal teams once buyers had been found through minor & Brady. Many hurdles to cross and frustrating at times to say the least but Rosie Turley of Minors & Brady kept smiling through! Good and frequent communication and a positive attitude throughout. Well done Rosie you keep me sane.

GoogleI am in the process of buying a property and am really impressed with the company. Sarah was very polite, professional, and thorough with getting the ball rolling. Sarah updated me on a regular basis, made suggestions of services that are available, easily contactable (telephone or email). As a result of this experience I will hopefully be using yourselves again within the next 6 months for the next property

GoogleSarah's supported us brilliantly throughout the process of selling our property. We've found her really helpful, particular in terms of being efficient and prompt in keeping us up-to-date as it progressed. Sarah's also helped with arranging site visits from engineers and builders, seeing we are both away from the property currently. She's also helped us with finding experts in the local area. Her eye's on the ground have been so handy for us both, we couldn't have done without her support. Finally, we highly recommend Minors and Brady to anyone who's looking for an agent, 5 Stars all the way! Tracey and Leigh.

TrustpilotGreat viewings on 2 properties.
15/4/24I viewed 2 properties today in Hethersett. I was met by James Hodgson in Buckenham Rd for my 1st viewing. James talked me through the living areas and listened to what I was looking for. James answered questions regarding the heating, rear entrance, and that the shed would be staying. I was interested around changing the garage into living accommodation. James showed me the space inside the garage, and that he had seen similar properties where the owners had done this. My 2nd viewing was New Road. I didn't realise this property was the same as my 1st viewing. However James pointed out the differences, especially where part of the garage has been added as a dining area.

TrustpilotFriendly Viewing
We are new to searching for our first home and we had a viewing booked with James Hodgson. He was very polite and answered all of our questions, we didn’t feel rushed and got all the information we needed. As we finished our viewing he even let us know about a similar property that he thought we might like!
