From the initial valuation, through the viewing process and through to sale progression, we found them to be both professional, and proactive. A special mention must be made of Nagilla Santos who was instrumental in guiding us through the ups and downs of progressing the sale. We found her to be both professional and polite, and she kept us informed through every stage of the sales process. We highly recommend Minors and Brady estate agents and would not hesitate in using them again in the future.

GooglePoor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.

From the start Minors and Brady were so much better than our previous agents. As we struggled to go towards completion, and when we were kept waiting - pushed from pillar to post by the solicitors, Rosie at Minors and Brady always fought our corner. She was cheerful and kept on chasing them on our behalf. Very happy to recommend Minors and Brady!

Nagilla at Minors and Brady was incredibly helpful throughout my process of buying my first home. I am new to the process as I have never bought a house before and had lots of questions. Nagilla would always answer my questions promptly and help me out. Some of the process was delayed due to solicitors and I could tell Nagilla was passionate at getting me updates especially when I was starting to get impatient. I would definitely recommend Minors and Brady and Nagilla. Thank you so much!

We have had really excellent service from Claire Wilson, who has kept us up to date with all that has been happening. This is no mean feat as the sale fell through a few times. It was reassuring to know that we had someone to liaise with who knew us. A huge thank you to Minors and Brady they have been truly fabulous.

I called first thing on Monday morning to get an appointment to view a property to rent. After being asked some questions, including information about our earnings (usually asked during the application process) I was told that they will contact the landlord to see if they can get me an appointment for a viewing.By the afternoon I hadn't heard anything so I called them again to ask. I was again told they have to speak to the landlord.The following morning resulted in no contact so I called them once again. After being passed to another person (probably to give themselves time to pull out their list of excuses) I was told that the property has now gone; apparently a let was agreed the previous afternoon.This is one of a number of estate agents that have failed to help us. Our current situation has meant we need to find another place to live, and pretty soon; however the lack of communication and/or sheer incompetence is making this process exhausting, disappointing and downright irritating.

Spoke to Mia Staff about the viewing we had in advance and she guided me and assisted me on a viewing time to suit around me. After putting in an offer being accepted. Mia was extremely helpful with the next steps and guidance, this is a great help being a first time buyer myself and not knowing the process.I recommend speaking to Mia, if you need someone with good knowledge about the market, someone being honest with you and giving you guidance with paperwork side of things. Cassandra and the whole team at minors and brady caister, are extremely efficient and so helpful with finding buyers for my property. Very knowledgeable about the local area and market. All the viewings were carried out very professionally and I felt in very good hands. When a buyer was found cassandra then supported me through to the exchange and completion. And was always available and very helpful with my queries. I would highly recommend minors and brady!
