From our first valuation meeting with Liam from Minors and Brady we have been extremely impressed by the service we have received. We have dealt with Matthew, Charlie and Lee (who took excellent photos of our home), a particular note is the outstanding service and faultless communication regarding updates and viewing information from both James and Nivea. Minors and Brady’s online viewing tool is clear, concise and easy to use. Having used other Norwich estate agents in the past few years ,we wished we had chosen Minors and Brady before as they provide a far superior, friendly and professional service.

GoogleI took an appointment with this agency to visit a house and, despite the email they sent me the day before the viewing to confirm the appointment, 15 minutes before the viewing the estate agent Olivia Hales called me to ask if I was on my way to attend the viewing. I said yes and that I would be there in 20 minutes (my bus was 5 minutes late). She told me that "was a bit late for her" because she had the next viewing scheduled a few minutes after mine. I replied that the viewing was scheduled in 15 minutes and I would do my best to not be late. She told me that would be a "quick viewing then". 15 minutes later I was ten minutes away by walk to the house to visit, I called her to ask if she could wait or we could schedule another appointment for another hour or day. She replied saying that she would email me for another viewing. She never did and the colleague that called me the day after asking for feedbacks on the viewing, in the moment he heard that I didn't visit the house because of his colleague's unavailability, just hung up the phone. I would have appreciated being called by the agency, to cancel or reschedule the viewing, the day before or even a few hours before the appointment, I took a day off from work for the appointment and I traveled miles to do my best to be on time.

Rosie was very helpful and knowledgeable when we went with Minors and Brady to purchase our first house. She helped us to find a local solicitor and get the surveys completed, and answered any questions we had very promptly. Rosie knew when to prompt and chase us for information etc., without seeming too pushy. Glad we went with Minors and Brady and wouldn't hesitate to go with them again.
