TrustpilotFantastic
Elle was great, friendly and knowledgeable on all the properties we viewed. She endeavoured to find out what we really wanted and gave honest feedback regarding the properties. I'd highly recommend her she did a fantastic job! Thanks again elle and keep up the good work!

TrustpilotHouse Sale
Once a buyer was eventually found, Claire Wilson handled our sale. The process took longer than it should because of the solicitors but Claire gave us regular updates throughout. Many thanks to Claire for helping us over the finishing line!

TrustpilotExcellent Service
Very impressed with Minors & Brady so far. Transaction of looking for a property easy & well organised. Hannah was very professional, pleasant & helpful. Further forward, after finding the property I want, Macey was excellent at keeping us well informed, again professional & polite. Lastly, I had a great chat with Connor who added the icing to the cake. Hopefully, the sale will go through without a hitch. Thank you Minors & Brady Lowestoft.

TrustpilotWonderful support from Ollee
We bought a property through Minors & Brady back in March 2024. We had a challenging and difficult sale, but Ollee and the Minors & Brady team were amazing. Ollee was there every step of the way, even after the sale, Ollee would always take my calls, make the time to listen & help in any way he could, I don’t think I could have got through the sale without his continued support, that is rare from an estate agent, we need more like Ollee!! If you go to Minors & Brady, definitely ask for Ollee :-)

TrustpilotJoe at Caister
I called Minors and Brady in Caister on 15/07/2024 to arrange for our property to be valued in preparation for our re-mortgage in November this year. A man named joe answered the phone and took all our details and made arranging the valuation very easy and relaxed which is not the experience I have had with other estate agents.

TrustpilotSelling our property
Positive approach. Went with this EA as new and had read some reviews around performance. In the process of selling now. Sold within time frame, always wanting to refresh and get us to the top of listing which helped. Used AI to furnish our home as was empty this was positive as buyers came and looked as could imagine what it could be. Looking forward to another family enjoying our home.

Just completed on our first house via M&B, Rosie and her team were quick to respond, very helpful and patient with our unfamiliarity, and made the whole process as painless as it could be. Great work, thank you very much.

TrustpilotHead and shoulders above the rest
We moved to Minors and Brady after the EA we were using didn't seem to be doing anything to sell our house, just blaming a 'difficult market'. M&B came in, and changed the game. There marketing tools and techniques are first class, and they were very proactive which was the key.In particular I would like to mention Claire Wilson - she has been an absolute hero. Getting stuff done, chasing issues down and always being available to chat through things. Massive thanks Claire, you help and guidance has been brilliant!

TrustpilotProperty viewing in Norwich
We were shown around a property in Norwich by James Hodgson, who was excellent. He was friendly, personable, and (unlike some estate agent reps) had a good knowledge of the property and the current owners.

Chris Fulcher from Minors and Brady Wroxham branch has been amazing throughout the whole selling process. He always kept me well informed throughout every step of the process and gave feedback after each viewing which was very useful. He is very approachable and was always about to answer any questions and share his thoughts. If you are looking for a stress free estate agent then choose Minors and Brady!
