GoogleWe’ve just brought our first home with Minors and Brady, from our first call with Conor he has kept us up to date as promised and has been easily contactable answering questions and giving us clear answers as well as next steps!! On our initial viewing Hannah was great, she was so knowledgable of the property and answered all of our many questions!

TrustpilotProfessional and knowledgeable
James was very professional and promoted the property well with suggestions. James had a good sound knowledge of the property. He also did a follow up call and took time to understand more about our requirements and current views on the properties we had seen. A very good first impression of both James and Minors & Brady.

TrustpilotJoe has been really helpful and…
Joe has been really helpful and forthcoming when it’s come to arranging viewings and showing us round a property. He’s given us time and space to look around the house our own time, whilst being fully available to answer any questions we have. Very grateful of his proactive phone manner when I’ve called and how quickly he’s gotten answers for me. Also, a big thank you to him for taking the time to accommodate my extra viewing request (especially at 5pm on a Friday afternoon - not an ideal time for most people who want to finish work for the weekend, so it was most appreciated) Many thanks, Siray

TrustpilotAmazing - highly recommended
Amazing! Estate agents get a bad rep. And Rosie from M & B has been utterly amazing every step of the way. I didn’t think I’d get involved so much with Rosie but it has been an absolute pleasure navigating all the worries and woes of a house purchase. Rosie was on the ball every day, advising us, chasing up everything with us and being available whenever needed. And, she was a shoulder to have a chat with, as require, during this stressful time. I’d highly recommend Minors & Brady and especially if you get the lovely Rosie.

TrustpilotHouse Sale
We sold our house through the Wroxham Branch. After we had agreed a sale, Jess took over as our point of contact and was brilliant. Jess kept us up to date with everything and I learned more from her than I did my own solicitor! The rest of the team were also great.

TrustpilotConnor Robinson at the Lowestoft branch…
Connor Robinson at the Lowestoft branch has helped us so much with our sale and purchase. There’s been a few quite tricky situations and he’s dealt with them swiftly, professionally and thoughtfully. He is very open and honest and above all friendly, approachable and respectful.I have recommended him to a couple of friends who were going on the market, one of whom has done so and already sold! The team of staff are all very friendly and helpful, I think this shows excellent management skills which makes for a healthy work environment.

TrustpilotOur experience with Minors & Brady…
Our experience with Minors & Brady selling our house has been excellent so far! From the initial conversations with Callum, the valuation with Marlo, and most recently with Mia helping us to get our listing live, we couldn’t be more pleased. Lee took the most stunning, high-quality photos that perfectly captured the essence and charm of our home, showcasing it in the best possible light. Thank you to everyone!

Kris was really helpful when I was negotiating a sale, he rang me just to say I hadn’t been forgotten and that they were waiting to hear back etc, so much better than just being left hanging!

TrustpilotJoe and the property viewing.
Joe was lovely when showing us around a potential property. He didn't make us feel rushed like some other agencies and was honest and helpful. The property wasn't for us in the end, but he was kind and friendly and would happily recommend him to other for viewings.

TrustpilotThey made it happen!
We recently moved home, downsizing after 34 years! Rosie helped us tremendously and was particularly excellent in a great team. She followed up after the initial agreement to sell right thfough to the day we moved, ensuring everything went through promptly by keeping in touch and communicating with everyone involved on 'both sides'. We will certainly recommend Minors & Brady to anyone thinking of moving. Thank you Rosie! Our thanks too to Curtis and all the team!
