GoogleFor Rosie Turley and team. Considering the horror stories I'd heard about estate agents, and the fact this was my first house purchase, the team at Minors and Brady made a very good impression. Considering the amount of work and turnover they have, they answered calls promptly, or phoned back when available and responded to questions I had throughout the purchase. They were also very good at keeping me in the loop or pushing info on, even when several people dealt with the case. Purchase took longer than expected, but that was mostly down to me. A very big thankyou to Rosie and her colleagues that dealt with the process. Thanks for the wine on completion, cheers!

I am 68 years old and have never had an unhappier experience than when I was a tenant with Minors and Brady, Wroxham - the letting agents. During our 2 year lease, with the exception of Luke, we were lied to, insulted, mis-informed and bullied by every member of staff we dealt with - and there were many! Unfortunately the rot starts from rhe top - when I tried to set up an appointment with one of the owners of the company I was fobbed off - just not interested. Apart from seriously impacting on our mental health, this experience has ensured that we will never, ever, rent again.

Assisting with arrangements for multiple surveys, collections of keys, liaising with other professionals, facilitating my enquiries, requests and being proactive in ensuring I understood what happened, what to do and what would happen next. I asked for Jessica’s assistance countless times, each time she was positive, personable and ultimately delivered solutions to the issues I presented. A lovely positive and professional young lady who took great pleasure in showing us round. We felt we had as much time as we needed to explore. My main dealings were with Claire and she was absolutely brilliant, weekly updates, constantly staying in touch and a very welcoming presence. A card and a bottle was a very welcome surprise upon collecting the keys. I’d also like to give Chris and Joe a mention, Joe showed us round the property and was great, Chris dealt with the initial proceedings with our purchase and was again very responsive to our queries, welcoming and professional!
