TrustpilotClaire Wilson has been helpful and professional
Claire Wilson has been wonderful. She has been very helpful and professional with our nightmare of a conveyancing process. Thanks to a time waster at the end of the chain, the whole process has taken six months. Claire has stuck with us and been very supportive and understanding. Well done Claire, we couldn't have done it without you, thank you.

TrustpilotHighly recommended
Every contact we have had with Minors and Brady has been professional , helpful and friendly. From first viewings, repeat viewings, purchase updates and any questions or queries. We have dealt with Magenta , Claire and Eleanor . Highly recommend the whole team.

TrustpilotJess kept me updated all the way
Jess kept me updated all the way, especially when the Vendor's solicitor was not being communicative. She acted as a liaison between the Vendor and myself, which meant we could discuss and agree on things, in a quicker timeframe than the solicitors would have done. She was helpful and always pleasant. I can endorse Minors and Brady and especially their post-sale agreement team. Also, a shout out to Hannah who did the initial "show round" the property and very kindly sent videos of the walk round as my husband was not well enough to see the whole property. She was also very pleasant.

TrustpilotTop notch!
The care and commitment shown to us by Cassandra has been everything we needed. She has been in regular contact and made the whole process as smooth as possible, nothing is too much trouble, she has been a delight to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending Minors and Brady for their professional service.

GoogleRosie and all the team at minors&brady have been amazing, much patience has been required throughout with lots of chasing along the way but Rosie kept on it and here we are now completed awaiting move.

GoogleJames was informed, pleasant and, importantly for us, not pushy when he showed us the property. It was nice to feel like we were being dealt with in a straight forward way and he was patient and responsive with our questions as we did our walk through.

GoogleThanks to all the team at Minors and Brady for helping us sell our house and for putting up with our requests. Connie Staff has been great throughout, and has always kept us updated in a professional and positive manner. We particularly appreciated the proactivity of M&B and I have recommended them to a colleague of mine for their house sale.

TrustpilotForever home in Suffolk
Went into the Lowestoft branch and saw Connor we are looking for our forever home in Suffolk. What more can I say Connor was so amazing. Telling me and my wife he lives in the area too. Came away with lots of information and I hope to arrange some viewings very soon.

TrustpilotPatient and Friendly Continuous Contact
We were selling our flat in London to buy a house in Norfolk. The London sale was traumatic, but Minors and Brady (who were looking after our Norfolk purchase) were incredible every step of the way. It took almost a year from the initial offer being accepted to the final completion, but I received regular check-ins from the team, and a friendly, sympathetic ear when sales fell through, and exchanges were delayed through no fault of our own.

TrustpilotHelpful. Not too pushy
We bought a house through Minor and Brady Caister this year. The branch manager was very helpful in getting things sorted. They helped us negotiate a good price. We had some delays that were not their fault but Cass at after sales chased it up for us daily. She always replied to my many calls and was patient with my frustrations! We are very happy and settled in our new home. Just bare in mind if moving to the area, Norfolk time is slower than the rest of the country. But it's an advantage once you are here to relax

TrustpilotWell what can I say…
Well what can I say.. these people are absolutely amazing. It’s our first time buying a home, so we didn’t have a clue with what we were doing, what to expect and what’s going happen. They have helped us no end, nothing is too much to ask with them. I want to say a great big Thankyou to Jasmine Fitt. She has been beside us every step of the way. Helping with everything, taking the time to explain the stuff we didn’t understand. Making sure things had been received and been sent. ( we had a few bumps along the way that wasn’t ours nor minors and Brady’s fault ) but she went out of her way to help get them sorted. Making sure we was ok along the way. She’s just been fantastic. Can not praise her enough. Such a lovely lady too.If we were to need to sell and buy again we wouldn’t hestitate to use minor and Brady’s again. We highly recommend them Thankyou x

TrustpilotSold my house twice through Minors and…
Sold my house twice through Minors and Brady Unthank road . Team have been super helpful both on sale front and after sales . Claire has been pro active throughout the process , keeping my buyers engaged and chasing updates through Solictors / estate agents / other parties and although somewhat blunt at times , I can appreciate the directness which is what this process needs . I wouldn’t want anyone else to handle my sale in the future , if you want a no thrills on the ball team to take care of your sale and after sales id have a chat with them .
