JessCould not recommend her enough. Without Jess the process of selling my house would not of been the same. She was continuously keeping me in the loop between me and my buyers and their solicitors. Without Jess I wouldn’t have known half of the information what was going on between the solicitors as Jess kept me more informed than they did!

GoogleI cannot praise Minors & Brady enough. They took on what must have been one of their toughest sales to date and have stuck with it through thick and thin. They have been professional throughout and made what was an ordeal for my wife and I into a more bearable journey. We have been kept informed all the way of any developements. I must make mention particular of Rosie Turley from the aftersales dept'. She has made regular phone calls and we look upon her more as a friend. She has been very reassuring through the hard times of the sale and we look forward meeting her in person when the chance arises. Thank you so much to all of you who have been involved with the sale.

Google'MINORS AND SHADY' Found a house with minors and Brady. We had an offer accepted and the house was off the market. We listed with them due to buying with them. All was good. They told us to get solicitors to speed up the process (we paid solicitors) After that they then went behind our back and kept having viewings and taking offers on the STC we had. They pushed the others up by 30k a then went ahead to bump up there commission. No contact from them to inform us while we were still paying solicitors to get the deal done. Seeing many other reviews this is a common practice. Would not trust.

Karol had a fantastic knowledge of housing market and the area, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and talking about. Karol is a superb representation of the company. Have had dealings with Minors Brady previously on a couple of occasions and not been impressed, but today’s experience with the Dereham office has left us shocked and astounded. We have put up with previous conversations with which we’ve been addressed as “mate” and “get back to you on the dog and bone” (whoever says that anymore???); but the sales staff continue to talk in a very unprofessional manner right up to today. Last month we put an offer in on a property and the response was “I’m an excellent negotiator but not a miracle worker”, and today an opening offer was put forward on an £800k property, of under 10% less than the asking price which received a comment “that’s just insulting”! I do not believe that it’s up to any individual at Minors Brady to make that call on behalf of the Seller - in fact, I think it is their duty to put forward ANY offer given by a potential Buyer. We have bought properties through offers on many occasions over the years, and to be told under 10% off “is insulting” is both unprofessional and not within their remit as a property Agent. I would not recommend selling a property with Minors Brady, and hope that current vendors of properties listed with Minors Brady, who are seeing no movement on their houses, see this review and rethink their selling agent, because if our recent experiences are anything to go by, they are not hearing about genuine offers from potential Buyers.

Claire who is part of the after sales team has been excellent. Our buying and selling process has been quite stressful as we have a new baby , and things haven’t always gone to plan.Claire responded to my emails straight away , was always very easy to get hold of. I feel she went above and beyond in the last two weeks , pushing my solicitors and keeping everyone updated.I have been very impressed and would use minors and brady again !
