GooglePositive experience so far as a potential buyer. The agent who showed us around, Charles Waterman, is a credit to the company. Smart, professional, friendly, he was interested in what we were looking for and not pushy at all. Very positive experience all round.

GooglePleasant experience with the Norwich branch: photos, valuation and advert online in 2 days. We sold the following day and Connie Staff did assist us though the process. She's been very friendly, professional and quick in replying.

GoogleCharles from the Norwich Branch is an absolute delight! Despite being new to the job Charles was very knowledgeable and super helpful during my viewing today. He genuinely seemed to care what my needs were and respected my opinions all while he sold me the properties best aspects. Overall I found him to be breath of fresh air compared to most agents I've delt with in the past. Charles is an asset to your company Minors & Brady.

Jess has done a fantastic job with our house purchase. She has always made sure she is available and communicates in a clear and concise manor. I have felt that Jess has gone above and beyond for us at times, often covering shortcomings from the solicitor and she has always made sure things get done! I would definitely recommend Jess and the Minors & Brady team to a friend. I know they often say when you're buying a house that the estate agent works for the seller and not the buyer, but I have absolutely not found this to be the case and am overall very pleased with the service we have received.

Very polite and helpful staff in the Sales dept. Cassandra Creak was enormously helpful with a very difficult move. The 5 stars is for the Sales team. Sadly, we didn't have such a good experience with the Letting team. The place we rented from them had numerous problems, some of which were never fixed, including a nasty slug problem in the kitchen and bathroom. They are not flexible with the date you give a month's notice. Because of the date we gave notice, we are having to pay a further month's rent. Renters beware!!!

We have recently moved from quite a distance and I have been really pleased with the service I received from Minors and Brady. Cassie provided the aftercare and was always there either by email or phone. We did have a tricky two day move and problems with a private road which Cassie was able to assist me chasing Solicitors. Would highly recommend 🤗👍

Just recently sold my father’s old house and I’m looking to buy a new place to call home. I was in Lowestoft, and went to a couple of estate agents. No one had what I wanted. Then I went into minors & Brady. I was greeted with smile and a warm welcome by Connor. I told him what I was looking for he gave me some leaflets. He made some great suggestions. I will definitely take a look, and hopefully come back and see you again. Thanks for taking the time Connor, pity the others estate agents didn’t follow suit

As house sales go, this was great and very quick given the market. Liam and Matthew who I initially spoke with about using Minors and Brady were self assured and plain speaking, what a refreshing change for estate agents! No hard sell, just facts and the right amount of follow up.I knew what I wanted and had been watching the market avidly so didn't need much guidance, but they were reassuring and facilitated my needs very well. Just the right service.The service after choosing Minors and Brady was also exemplary. Rosie Turkey was efficient, thorough and very warm. Which was very welcome given the reasons for my sale. Everything was clearly explained and made easy. I would happily buy or sell with them again. In fact I'd be very likely to seek them out!Thank you all. After a bereavement full of difficult times and challenging companies to deal with, you provided a welcome and kind service.

Dispite having had a great experience five years ago when M&B sold my home, sadly the lettings division did not live up to the same standard. From unreturned phone calls, excuses still using previous mobile number, dispite calling me on my current number, nearly and hour late to one viewing, with no notifcation on running late, arriving when the landlord had rattled on about how bad they were to deal with and certain the reason my application was declined, with the succesful applicant having gone through the landlords preferred agent, who he asked me to contact in future. That agent went onto secure me a similar property within weeks, though according to M&B as I had a blip on my credit history (dispite renting my current property for over five years) I would have to find a guarantor or pay a years rent in advance, which turned out to be absolute rubbish!"
