TrustpilotOur first experience with Minors and…
Our first experience with Minors and Brady has been professional and efficient in helping our search for a property. We've recently had a viewing with Joe who was extremely professional, transparent and helpful in explaining both the property and how the sales process works. Conversations have moved forwards very quickly and this has been a very positive experience, would definitely recommend Minors and Brady to others. Our experience with a different agents has been poor and this has really highlighted the difference for us.

TrustpilotPrompt, efficient, amiable and professsional …
Having attempted to purchase another property in Norfolk earlier in the year through another estate agents, the difference was stark. They lacked communication - left it 7 weeks after we contacted them before replying and generally unhelpful. Minors and Brady in comparison provided clear concise Info and reassured us throughout the process. Claire Wilson was friendly, personable and efficient and provided everything we needed and more. I’d definitely use this estate agent if I was to sell a propeerry.

As first time buyers, we were definitely worried about the stress that came with buying our first home. However, Rosie Turley, at Minors and Brady, kept us both at ease and reassured us throughout the process, keeping us updated both by email and regular calls to speed things along. Thank you Rosie for all the support!

TrustpilotImpressed with Ellie Browne
We have been searching for a property for several months now in the North Norfolk area and although our circumstances have changed and so delayed our plans we had the good fortune of being shown around many properties by Ellie Browne who is based at the Dereham branch. Ellie has been very professional, informed and friendly throughout and is a credit to Minors & Brady. Paul & Susie.

TrustpilotBest agents in Norfolk
Have used M&B a few times now for purchase and renting a flat and they're the best in the business. Everyone works at a cracking pace to get the job done - they sold my house off market saving us a huge amount of hassle initially, when that fell through (our fault not theirs) they had it listed and sold again within a week. From offer to completion took 8 weeks thanks to the amazing Rosie, a powerhouse who just gets stuff done. Matthew in Norwich is also mega. If only everyone in the chain could work like this team. Will def use again.

Claire Wilson handled the purchase of our new property and was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, and happily sent chasers/communication to the sellers solicitors. Always happy to help and made the process as smooth as possible!
