TrustpilotFriendly and Knowledgeable
We viewed a property today in Gorleston. From initial contact to viewing the agents were great. Joseph who took us around the property was brilliant very friendly and knowledgeable. As we are relocating he gave us a lot if information about the local area. 2 days house hunting and lots of phone calls Joesph has been the loveliest by far! Many thanks

Our sale & purchase have been a bit of a rollercoaster but Nagilla Santos has been a light in the gloom that we have often felt. Nagilla is highly efficient and has pushed those who needed pushing very professionally. She's also very personable and has been a pleasure to deal with. Nagilla is the primary reason for the five star review.

TrustpilotVERY PUSHY and LIARS
VERY PUSHY, to the point where they pestered and pestered about lowering the price, then played us off against each other by lying to me about my ex agreeing to reduce the price of the house in order to get me to agree.Having received my formal complaint stating what had happened, their response was: "We apologise if your interpretation of the conversation was different to how we saw it." which was blatant gaslighting. This is a despicable, underhanded company that only cares about the number of properties they sell, so they can boast about being the 'best seller' in the region, rather than caring about getting the best price and providing the best service for their clients.

TrustpilotIf I could give 10 stars, I would
Our move wasn’t the easiest. Hiccups from point A to B. The one consistent saving grace was the stellar service from the whole M&B team. From start to finish, their support was second to none. Natalie from the sales progression team was fantastic, keeping us up to date with our sale and purchase. Special thanks goes to Adam Waters, who went above and beyond when we ran into a few problems. Working out of hours and keeping us up to date during the whole time. I have no doubt that it was his insight and advice that made our sale and subsequent purchase happen. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, for all of your help.

GoogleRosie Turley has been really helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. Looking forward to getting the keys on Friday!

GoogleRosie Turley at after sales was immense. She wasn’t even our estate agent but was acting for the people we were buying off. She went above and beyond to get our difficult chain through the door to exchange and completion. If it wasn’t for her determination and professionalism I doubt it would have happened. On the contrary our estate agent Attik were hopeless. Selling the house was great but the after bit was an absolute chore and I am not impressed. This is where Rosie managed to pull everything together and get us over the line. Thank you Carl Eves

GoogleRosie was fantastic with getting the sale our property over the line and helping navigate some of the trickier patches of the conveyancing. The photos were superb, and Minors & Brady as a whole were incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our queries and worries.

GoogleFantastic service, Rosie went above and beyond in chasing the chain time and time again. She was also so helpful in securing our next property for us. What an asset to Minors and Brady. Highly recommend them for their service both in selling our property and following it through to exchange.

GoogleRosie Turley did a fantastic job guiding us through our house purchase as first time buyers - her quick communication made the world of difference. Rosie kept us informed the whole way and made sure we made it across the finish line. Thanks again to Rosie, as well as Adam Waters and Connie Staff for their hard work.

TrustpilotA great experience.
A great experience from start to finish. Minors and Brady produced an excellent brochure, provided a great sales team, found me a buyer and completed the sale within a very quick timeframe. Megan Clarke was exceptional as my after-sales representative, guiding me through each step of the process with great communication, professionalism and attention to detail. Megan was very friendly, personable and responsive to any queries I had and I am very grateful to have had her as my after-sales representative. All staff that I encountered and interacted with at the Minors & Brady Wroxham office were excellent across the board, the level of quality and attention was very high throughout all stages of the sale process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Today we had a second viewing with a property under minors and Brady. Hannah and Jenna really did a great job of showing us newbies this property and with a little bit of hope should be able to put in an offer. Very impressed and very welcoming and helpful

The summer of 2024 will be remembered for many things, but for me, it was about selling a house and buying the bungalow of my dreams. Ange and her team made it all possible with their supportive, friendly emails and phone calls, thank you!Ange, you kept my spirits up during a really rough time at the end of July, so a huge thank you goes to you!
