Very good estate agents and easy to deal with. Particularly Conner with the sales process and Megan with aftersales. They are proactive and straight forward in the way they handle the sales process.

GoogleJust wanted to say thank you so much for what has been a very difficult last bit of our move. Rosie had gone to extra lengths to help accomplish us actually exchanging . I think I counted 4 tries! Rosie has been a definite part in our successful exchange and I just wanted to thank you again.
5/5
GoogleHighly recommend. Once we had accepted an offer, Rosie was always available for any questions I had and was great at passing information to the buyer and vice versa when necessary. Connie was also brilliant in helping to find the perfect buyer for my grandparents home. She gave honest and useful advice when talking through offers, and made the whole process much easier. Can’t recommend enough!

TrustpilotMy house sale was a very long process
My house sale was a very long, stressful process due to two buyers pulling out very close to completion date without giving a reasonable explanation. I had a number of different people dealing with the sale but it was Aysegul Capti that was the person who kept me informed right up until the sale was eventually completed. Selling a property is a very stressful experience due to outdated laws but Aysegul did her very best to help things along and kept me updated right until completion.

TrustpilotLeah Baker
Leah was really professional, she knew everything about the house we were viewing. One of the best viewings we’ve had in our long search for a new home. Thank you Leah and good luck with your inevitable progression in your career.

GoogleHad couple viewings recently with an agent - Amy. She has been so lovely to deal with. Bubbly personality, professional and informative. We didn't feel rushed and we found the whole thing very pleasant rather than stressful. If I ever need more viewings I want more Amy's!

TrustpilotFirst time seller
Minors and Brady have been awsome from the get go.As a first time seller on behalf of a familyEstate I was clueless. From the start finding the right price point, marketing, getting maximum exposure and taking care of viewings was seemlessAfter a sale was agreed I was put in the tender care of Aysegul Capti in the Aftersales team at the Dereham branch.I can only say that she is determined, dogged, and truly professional at keeping the sales momentum moving forward with the buyers and sellers solicitors.Aysegul is an exemplary example of how to "Get the job done" Thanks Minors And Brady great Job.All the Best Neil

TrustpilotThe worst estate agent I have ever…
The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with, I have rented various properties over the last 10 years through multiple estate agents and never have I dealt with such an incapable team of people. Absolutely no regulatory responsibility, processes or complaints procedure. Looking to charge me £306 from my rental deposit for removing 6 screws, purchasing 3 rubber bathroom plugs, replacing a towel rail and removing rubbish that doesn’t exist in the property or on the checkout inventory. I would strongly recommend avoiding at all costs!!

TrustpilotAysegul Capti- Sales progressor.
We had the pleasure of working with Aysegul ‘Ayse’ Capti with the purchase of our first property. Even though I was abroad when our offer was accepted, Ayse was very helpful and made the next steps stress-free. Always friendly and helpful. Communication was always excellent and even when our solicitors were not helpful or on the ball, Ayse was on hand to sort and put us at ease.No questions were too big or too small and she always had time to talk to us.I would I highly recommend Minors and Brady, and Ayse specifically. We are now proud home owners!!!
