TrustpilotKarol Wengrzik Is a great asset to M&B
Karol Wengrzik Is one of M&B’s property valuers and we were very impressed when he came to value our property. He had done his “homework” before coming and was able to tell us knowledgeably about the current market, our competition etc. But he also listened carefully to us in terms of how quickly we wanted to move, what we felt were the strengths of our property etc. He took on board suggestions we had in terms of the description of our property and marketing ideas whilst putting forward good suggestions himself. Overall he was friendly, experienced and professional with solid interpersonal skills. We were left with the strong feeling that Karol and the rest of the M&B team were genuinely interested in selling our house and would give it their best. If the rest of the process with M&B is of the standard Karol has set, we will be very pleased.

TrustpilotCassandra was amazing
Cassandra was amazing. She kept us up to date with everything. She chased our solicitors up when needed. She also didn’t mind me phoning when I was needing extra information. Cassandra was the estate agent for the vendors. We the buyers never had an estate agent and I was worried we might struggle for direction. But we needn’t have worried. So happy with everything. I would recommend Cassandra to my friends.

TrustpilotBig thanks to the team at M&B
Big thanks to the team at Minors & Brady for your help with my recent house sale and purchase. I was really impressed with the service from Liam Upton to give advice and get my house on the market, and once everything was agreed, Claire Wilson did a brilliant job of keeping me updated, and handled communication between all parties in a prompt and professional manner. I felt well informed throughout the process, and could trust the team to do handle everything with the utmost care. Highly recommended!
